What if my glass already has tint or other film?
Existing tint usually needs to come off before smart film application — they don’t layer cleanly together. We assess during the site survey and quote any tint-removal work as part of the install.
Can you install in HOA or design-review-restricted properties?
Smart film is applied to existing glass and doesn’t change the exterior appearance — when switched off, the windows look identical to before. That makes it a low-friction upgrade for HOA-restricted properties or historic districts. We’ve installed in Beverly Hills, Hidden Hills, and other design-controlled areas without issue.
Can you install on older buildings?
